Submit a RMA ticket

While Bright Technologies would like to provide a professional service for broken parts replacement, please  follow thise quick guide to avoid delays for your replacement part.

Whenever you have identified a broken part, i.e. a failed drive, please open a RMA ticket rather than a Support ticket. The required fields inside the RMA form will help us gather information upfront, such as the shipping address which may have changed over time.
Filling out this form will gurantee a faster shipping from our side.
